Like what I was just telling you. IF a certain person has a rant about them it is not considered bullying until they start making false accusations, threatening you, sending their followers to hate on you etc.

I get it dude, being autistic, ADHD, etc. Should not excuse someone for being mean to people. If you do not like someone and they keep bothering you report them and block them.
